In her free time, Beth likes to cook and pretends that she'll be good at it some day. She has had a life long dream of owning a bakery.
She also loves traveling. Having traveled across the US and Europe. Her favorite place so far has been the fishing villages of Cinque Terre, Italy, and a whirlwind trip to Reykjavik, Iceland. Although, Anchorage, Alaska is also a wonderful place to be.
